Resolution :
Delete PrintWebControl.DLL in C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Local Settings\Application Data\assembly\dl3\WA846YNJ.XG8\7N839JKE.BCK\c1eba29f\809a654b_d822c901 DIR then access the report again.
